Job Overview
We are looking for a proven Wireless Telecomunications Manager with deep technical expertise and established industry relationships to drive and expand strategic partnerships and lead growth with top U.S. carriers. This is a remote role with significant impact and upside for a high-performer Business Development Manager.
This Manager will be the growth engine for our Wireless Telecom business development, turning its business relationships and technical capabilities into compelling solutions for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and other major carriers. Your ability to navigate complex deals, influence decision-makers, and deliver multi-million-dollar contracts will directly shape the future of our Telecom Team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth and market penetration.
- Drive new business growth with national wireless carriers, leveraging your technical, business knowledge and strong relationships.
- Lead strategic account development, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Translate complex wireless solutions (5G, small cells, DAS, fiber backhaul, network infrastructure) into clear value propositions.
- Partner with internal technical, engineering, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Prepare and compell proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients by providing exceptional service and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the organization ahead of the curve in a competitive landscape.- 5+ years of proven business development experience in the wireless telecom sector.
- Established network of carrier decision-makers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) with a track record of closed deals.
- Strong technical understanding of wireless network infrastructure, deployment, and services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales and strategic growth initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
