Winch Truck Driver - Oil and Gas, CDL

Encore Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Winch Truck Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating winch trucks to load, transport, and unload heavy equipment and oilfield components in a safe and efficient manner. .

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate winch trucks to load and transport compression equipment and other heavy equipment.

- Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment and vehicles.·

- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and site personnel.

- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

- Perform minor maintenance and assist with other yard or field duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.

- Minimum of 1-2 years winch truck or oilfield hauling experience preferred.

- Knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment, particularly permitted and oversized loads

- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 100 lbs.

- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

- Must pass drug screen, background check and DOT Clearinghouse

Preferred Qualifications:

- H2S, PEC, or other relevant safety certifications.

- Experience with oilfield compression equipment or similar heavy equipment transport.

- Manufacturing and Oilfield Equipment Repair

- Some overnight travel required, Per Diem included

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
