Welding QC Inspector

We are a looking for a welding QC inspector to support our busy fabrication facility located in beautiful Squamish BC - halfway between Vancouver and Whistler. CSI designs and fabricates a wide variety of ASME boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems as well as CWB structural weldaments. We work in diverse range of industries from oil and gas, petrochemical, mineral processing and fertilizer production through to new and promising industries such as clean hydrogen and CO2 capture.

We have an immediate need for a Welding QC Inspector. The ideal candidate would be a CWB level 1 or level 2 welding inspector with endorsements for CSA W59/ AWS D1.1, ASME VIII, B31.3.

This position reports to the Welding QC Manager. The candidate will complete ITP's, organize NDE, perform hydro testing, conduct visual examinations, enter data into Welding QC software and support all QC activities on the shop floor.
