Welders: Structural Steel

We have full-time, 2nd shift permanent positions available for welders in our manufacturing facility located in Augusta, Maine.

We use Lincoln DC 600, Miller XMT 450, Lincoln Flex Tec 650 and 450 welders with .045, .052, and 1/16 solid wire. We also use Flux Core on occasion and can require some stick welding.

Candidate must have an AWS certification and equivalent or be able to pass the Cives in-house weld test.

2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM [(4) - 10 hr. days]

Cives Steel Company is one of the largest fabricators of structural steel in the US. We are a major supplier of steel for high-rise buildings in Boston and throughout New England.

Our Augusta location provides the engineering, detailing and fabrication necessary to complete these projects.

Benefits are as follows:

· Wages - $26.50 to $27.35 per hour to start
