ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines.

+ Perform MIG, TIG and other types of weld based on project needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High School diploma or equivalent degree

+ 3-5years of Aluminum TIG and MIG welding experience preferred

Licensing Required: None

+ Ability to obtain welding certifications as needed + Ability to recognize safety concerns + Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated area + A highly motivated self-starter + Strong coordination and judgment skills + Basic math skills + Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts and surface finish according to customer specifications + Ability to effectively work in a team environment + Ability to take part in additional training as needed + Ability to perform and assist with preventive maintenance + Strong communication skills, problem solver, multi-tasker + Ability to properly identify materials + Strong attention to detail + Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties
