Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder with D1.1 certification to support the remediation of damaged piles on a utility-scale solar farm. This role requires experience with structural carbon steel welding in outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, precision, and efficiency while adhering to all site-specific protocols.

Note: Welding hood may be used in place of a hard hat only during active welding operations. A welding blanket should be kept readily available for use near panel arrays.*

This role is 100% field-based on an active solar farm. The work involves exposure to the elements and may require walking over uneven terrain. Safety, speed, and precision are critical to success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.80 - $29.87 per hour
