Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in various welding techniques and technologies. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
•Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
•Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
•Conduct root cause analysis to identify defects or issues in welds and implement corrective actions.
•Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to utilize SolidWorks for design modifications as needed.
•Program and operate robotic welding systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
•Utilize vision inspection systems to verify weld quality and adherence to specifications.
•Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in all aspects of work.
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and production processes.
Skills
•Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
•Proficiency in SolidWorks for design applications.
•Experience with robotics and robot programming for automated welding processes.
•Familiarity with tooling techniques used in metal fabrication.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
•Competence in root cause analysis for problem-solving within the welding process.
•Knowledge of vision inspection systems for quality control measures.
•Understanding of CGMP regulations as they pertain to manufacturing environments.
•Experience with distributed control systems is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
