We are currently seeking a skilled Welder with MIG expertise to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about precision welding, quality workmanship, and working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Details:

- Work Schedule: Standard schedule consists of four (4) 10-hour shifts.

- Overtime Availability: Team members are averaging 5–7 hours of overtime on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

Blueprint & Technical Interpretation

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.

- Apply knowledge of weld symbols and tolerances to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Fabrication & Assembly

- Assemble metal components and structures according to design and quality requirements.

- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum of varying thicknesses.

- Safely and effectively utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.

Quality & Precision

- Measure and inspect dimensions accurately using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.

- Verify finished work meets or exceeds quality standards and industry codes.

- Identify and correct weld defects through preventative and corrective actions.

Workplace Organization & Safety

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition.

- Adhere to all company safety protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

- 3+ years’ experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment (preferred). - 3+ years’ experience performing MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

- Strong knowledge of blueprints, tolerances, and weld symbols.

- Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Action-oriented, customer service-focused, and proactive in driving work through completion.

- Engaging personality with the ability to foster strong relationships with coworkers and customers.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
