MIG/TIG Welder

Welder – MIG & TIG (1st Shift) Pay: DOE Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabrication company, is looking for a dependable and skilled Welder to join our team!

We’re seeking someone with MIG and TIG welding experience who takes pride in quality work and can contribute to a fast-paced production environment. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and eager to work with a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum components

- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and job specifications

- Inspect and measure welded components to ensure conformance to specs

- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Good attendance and work ethic

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
