· This position is an in-office position at our Rock Hill, SC facility. The Welder's primary responsibility is to weld/solder joints and track welds through the production line. No experience necessary!
· Full-Time Welder consisting of four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday with occasional OT eligible Fridays.
· Welders will ultimately be promoted into a Machine Operator position within 3 to 6 months. Upon promotion, the Welder will need to transition to an off-shift (2nd or 3rd). Choice in shift will be determined by the candidate and needs.
· Welder/Machine Operator pay is based on Skill Level. Production has up to 6 skill level advancements. Skill level 2-6 will have pay increases given at on average $1.00/hr.
· Annual Increases & Bonus potential! In 2025, we paid out on average $1000.00 bonuses and a 5% increase for the staff.
· Set-up production line with raw material and weld/solder the joints of each reel-to-reel.
· Monitor mechanical and chemical operations along the production line. Report any complications.
· Conduct preventive maintenance, clean machinery, and maintain shop cleanliness while adhering to shop safety.
· Other duties as needed and directed by the supervisor.
· This position requires extensive walking, standing, and lifting of heavy material up to 50lbs.
· Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail are critical.
· Willingness to work in shifts (late/early hours, 8 to 12-hour shifts, and overtime)
