- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Position and tack weld components together according to blueprints within 1/16”.
- Perform fillet & full penetration welds using FCAW process.
- Handle materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Finish surfaces of fabricated items and re-touch welds to make them undetectable (repair, polish, grind, power tool for prime paint, etc.).
- Use precision and control to prevent damage and assure a quality product.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass a 2G structural FCAW weld test.
- Pass a tape measure test.
- Pass a fitness for work physical.
- Good communication skills.
- Medically able to wear and use a respirator as needed.
- Responsible.
- Dependable, comes to work on time, and plans time off in advance.
- Has dependable transportation to and from work.
- Must fluently speak, read and write English.
- Must be E-Verify eligible.
- Dayshift. Mon – Thu from 6:30 am – 5:00 pm and Fri from 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Wage: $25-28/hour DOE - Higher wage available for experienced welders
