Synergy Companies is looking for a new Weatherization specialist to join our Stockton team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in your community. We have immediate openings for Weatherization specialist/Handyman positions. We offer competitive pay based on demonstrated trade skills and applicable experience. Responsibilities:

- Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings

- Complete maintenance and repair, work orders, in a timely fashion

- Replace shower heads and aerators

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Perform other duties, and assigned

- Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment

- Perform blower door testing for shell leakage

- Minor electrical repairs , fan installation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

- Deadline and detail-oriented

- Ability to handle physical workload

- Wx Certified (Required)

- NGAT Certification (Required)

- Detail oriented with paperwork
