JEA is looking for an amazing Water Wastewater Engineer.
Engineers that would like to apply must have the following credentials
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (EAC/ABET)
2. five (5) years of engineering work experience within one or more of the specialty areas listed below (

3. A valid drivers license is required prior to employment and must be maintained during employment.
4. Validation of Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
Many system designs, operating procedures, and operation & maintenance plans must be certified or prepared by a
Florida-registered Professional Engineer (PE)under Chapter 471, F.S., and applicable DEP rules (e.g. Chapter 62‑604, F.A.C.)
For onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems, any design sealed by a PE must certify compliance with performance criteria adopted by DEP The Florida Senate.
