Summary

We are seeking a Facility Operator to join our dynamic team at Spartan Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of our clients' assets.

Responsibilities

•

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently within facility operations.

•

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment to ensure reliability.

•

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

•

Assist in building and maintaining facility infrastructure as needed.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

•

Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance productivity.

•

Check tank level

•

Skim oil

Requirements

•

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.

•

Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform equipment repairs.

•

Familiarity with maintenance procedures and best practices.

•

Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the role.

•

Basic understanding of plumbing systems and logic controllers is a plus.

•

Experience in wastewater treatment processes is beneficial but not required.

•

Schedule is 8 on 6 off, 10-hour days.
