Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to order picking, shipping, and receiving. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.

- Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and managing warehouse management systems.

- Perform order picking duties, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.

- Handle materials with care, adhering to OSHA standards for safety and compliance.

- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including inspecting incoming shipments for quality assurance.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational processes.

- Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or related fields is preferred.

- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is a plus, including forklifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
