Position Overview

We’re hiring a Warehouse Laborer to support daily packaging, material handling, and order fulfillment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who takes pride in efficiency and accuracy. Full training is provided, and high performers have strong opportunities to advance.

Key Responsibilities

- Package activated carbon into drums, bags, and other containers according to company specifications

- Operate forklifts safely to move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage orders

- Fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct quantities and labeling

- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

- Assist with inventory counts and material tracking

- Follow all safety protocols related to handling activated carbon and warehouse operations

- Support operations and service teams as needed

Qualifications

- Prior warehouse or labor experience preferred

- Forklift experience

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions

- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new skills
