Warehouse/Counter Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented warehouse/counter sales manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will often be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their sales needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to multi task, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.

- Maintain and drive warehouse standards.

- Manage deliveries and delivery schedules.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter.

- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.

- Assist customers in selecting products, providing recommendations based on their requirements.

- Handle returns and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and inventory areas.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.

- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse management is preferred.

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Proficient in retail math to assist with transactions and inventory management.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
