YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of Project Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and storing or distributing as required

- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code

- File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to designated storage area. Record inventory in and out as required in SAP

- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for people

- Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area for distribution

- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method

- Open bales, crates and other containers

- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program

- Assist in counting of physical inventory

- Weigh, record, reconcile and count items for distribution within site ensuring conformance to company standards

- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed

- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments

- Prepare parcels for mailing

- Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- School leavers Certificate

- Proficient in Maths and English (Reading and writing)

- Understanding of SQL inventory data base systems eg SAP

- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Your Work Schedule:

- Schedule: 5 days of work followed by 2 days off, with 4 days of work followed by 3 days off, at our Upper Beaver Gold Project in Dobie, ON.
