Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and managing construction, consumable, and tool inventory to support on-site projects. The position offers opportunities for vertical or lateral growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain construction, consumable, and tool inventory.
•Prepare consumables, tools, and materials for on-site projects.
•Assist with shop construction material loading, shipping label creation, and bills of lading.
•Coordinate with the operations team to ensure construction job supplies are ready for shipment to site.
•Assist with inventory parts management.
•Coordinate with trailer attendants for replacement consumables and tools.
•Offload and replace inoperable tools from job sites.
•Stock job trailers from inventory.
•Reconcile inventory numbers for accounting purposes.
•Ensure job-specific tools and consumables comply with OSHA, MSHA, and plant regulations.
Qualifications
•High school diploma required; bachelor’s or associate degree not required.
•Valid driver’s license required.
•OSHA 10 or MSHA certification is a plus.
•Strong organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Experience in warehouse, inventory, or construction environments preferred.
