SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and generate reports to ensure accurate inventory records. You will collaborate with the purchasing and receiving teams to ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.

You will also enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and loss, conduct regular physical counts, and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Additionally, you will help maintain efficient warehouse operations by optimizing stock levels and ensuring the accurate handling of goods.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Skills and Qualifications:

· Ability to use warehouse management systems and related technology.

· Experience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

· Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.

· Knowledge of inventory control best practices and procedures.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

· Conduct regular physical counts of merchandise.

· Experience using the SAP software.

· Experience using the Microsoft office.
