Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift Location: Odessa, Texas Pay Rate: $21.50/hour + Overtime (OT at 1.5x)

About the Role:

We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Odessa, TX. This is a 2nd shift position with long hours and consistent overtime. Candidates must be reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with SAP and inventory management is a big plus.

Schedule:

•

Monday through Friday (3:00 PM to finish)

•

Every other weekend on-call

•

80+ hours per week expected

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform shipping and receiving duties

•

Manage inventory and assist with cycle counts

•

Operate within SAP or similar warehouse systems (preferred)

•

Organize and maintain warehouse materials and supplies

•

Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing shipments

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

•

Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred (not required)

•

Experience using SAP or similar systems a plus

•

Ability to work standing and moving for long hours

•

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

•

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

•

Must be dependable and safety-focused

Compensation:

•

$21.50/hour base pay

•

Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
