We have supplied over 200 MW of racking solutions ranging from our standard TGR flat roof ballasted system, our TGT tilted pitched roof system, to our TGP flush mount system and custom site-specific designs for various customers. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to help bring projects to life — from preparing and packing orders to performing quality checks and ensuring shipments go out on time. If you're detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoy being part of a team that takes pride in getting the job done right, we’d love to have you on board!
1. Order Fulfillment - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and project orders according to specifications.
2. Inventory Management - Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and restocking to ensure accurate inventory levels.
3. Shipping and Receiving - Unload deliveries, verify packing slips against incoming shipments, and prepare outgoing shipments.
4. Material Handling - Move products and materials throughout the facility using manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
5. Quality Control - Inspect materials and products for damage, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
6. Warehouse Organization - Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring tools, materials, and products are properly stored and labeled.
7. Health & Safety Compliance - Follow company safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to management.
8. Documentation and Reporting - Complete required paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials and report any discrepancies.
9. Team Collaboration - Communicate and work closely with supervisors, warehouse staff, and other departments to support daily operations.
10. Equipment Operation - Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if certified) to assist in daily tasks.
