Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to help bring projects to life — from preparing and packing orders to performing quality checks and ensuring shipments go out on time. If you're detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoy being part of a team that takes pride in getting the job done right, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and project orders according to specifications.

2. Inventory Management - Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and restocking to ensure accurate inventory levels.

3. Shipping and Receiving - Unload deliveries, verify packing slips against incoming shipments, and prepare outgoing shipments.

4. Material Handling - Move products and materials throughout the facility using manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).

5. Quality Control - Inspect materials and products for damage, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.

6. Warehouse Organization - Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring tools, materials, and products are properly stored and labeled.

7. Health & Safety Compliance - Follow company safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to management.

8. Documentation and Reporting - Complete required paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials and report any discrepancies.

9. Team Collaboration - Communicate and work closely with supervisors, warehouse staff, and other departments to support daily operations.

10. Equipment Operation - Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if certified) to assist in daily tasks.
