About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Fleet Manager to support our technicians and operations. This role keeps our warehouse running efficiently, ensures our service trucks are in top shape, and helps our field teams succeed. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our techs equipped, our inventory accurate, and our vehicles safe and road ready.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

•

Organize and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials

•

Order and restock supplies for warehouse and service vehicles

•

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

•

Receive and inspect deliveries

•

Manage technician uniforms and track inventory

Fleet Duties

•

Schedule maintenance and repairs for service vehicles

•

Ensure trucks are clean, fueled, and properly stocked

•

Maintain records for vehicle registration, inspections, and insurance

•

Track truck inventory (tools, PPE, parts, etc.)

•

Oversee GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring systems

Team Support

•

Coordinate with managers, dispatchers, and technicians

•

Help set up and decommission fleet vehicles

•

Communicate equipment and vehicle updates to the team

•

Pitch in with general support as needed

What We’re Looking For

•

Experience managing a warehouse, fleet, or service department (HVAC/Plumbing background is a plus)

•

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

•

Comfortable using inventory and fleet tracking software

•

Clear communicator and reliable team player

•

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

•

Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $30-$35 hourly

•
