Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and quality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

•

Perform picking and packing of products according to order specifications.

•

Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, to move materials safely within the warehouse.

•

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage stock levels.

•

Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper handling of all materials.

•

Conduct materials handling tasks, including sorting and organizing products for storage.

•

Use RF scanners to accurately record inventory movements and maintain up-to-date records.

•

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

•

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Skills

•

Proficient in picking and packing processes with attention to detail.

•

Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers is preferred.

•

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 is a plus.

•

Knowledge of distribution center operations and materials handling techniques.

•

Ability to efficiently load and unload goods while adhering to safety protocols.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
