Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Job Overview MUST HAVE 2 YEARS INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE A 18 FT. FLAT BED TRUCK WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND CURRENT LICENSE.

Position Details:

-Pulling and processing orders for shipment and will calls.

- Sawing and shearing a variety of metals

- Accurately reading cut sheets to ensure correct material is selected and the correct size is cut for the customer

- Accurately reading purchase orders to ensure all material received is the correct size, shape, and material ordered

- Attention to detail is necessary to ensure all orders are processed correctly

Qualifications:

- Must be comfortable with the regular use of measuring devices; tape measures, calipers, etc. Even better if you already know how to use these devices

- Basic math skills

- Able to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs.

- Must be self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision

- Able to manage yourself in a fast-paced, often noisy, environment

- Good communication and listening skills

- Able to work well with others

Bonus Qualifications:

- Knowledge about raw metals and products is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
