WE ARE TEAM ADALET and we are seeking Two Utility Worker B for our Cardington, Ohio plant. We have invested $3M in our new facility by remodeling it and bringing in equipment, with more to come.

We pay a very competitive wage, lowest paid position is $19.50 an hour.

We also offer benefits including healthcare, 401K with company contribution, paid vacation, paid holidays and free life insurance.

Overtime is also available at times.

This is for manual grinding, not running a big Blanchard machine or anything like that.

So if you are comfortable working with metal, deburring or grinding metal - especially Sheet Metal, Adalet could be your ticket. You can have a GOOD JOB working in our growing company.

Qualifications

- Work from samples, verbal and/or written instructions and according to standard procedures.

- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and related equipment.

- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Working from blueprints.

- Consistent work history.

- Positive, TEAMWORK attitude with a desire to learn and grow with a solid company.

- Great Attendance.

- Ability to understand technical drawings, tolerances, surface finishes and basic shop math.

- Accountability for quality of your own work and accurate inspection of parts during production.

- Able to stand all day, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, follow all procedures and safety rules.
