Required Qualifications

Requirements for a Phillips 66 Co-op:

- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management (or equivalent field of study) or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA

- Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit

- Graduation date of December 2025 or later

- Available for a part time working hours between 20-25 hours per week

- Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

Preferred Qualifications

- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

- Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry or field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Python
