Overview: NexGen Industrial Services is an industrial construction company specializing in mine maintenance, industrial construction, fabrication, and electric services. NexGen services the energy industry from coal mines, power plants, oil and gas facilities ect.

General Job Description: Employees are primarily responsible for performing structural steel repairs on the slope of Marshall County Mine. Preventative maintenance, repair, and other tasks may be required depending.

Daily tasks may include:

•

Structural Steel Replacement

•

General Labor

•

Welding

•

Support structure maintenance and repair

•

Utilize hand and power tools

•

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a professional and workman-like manner

•

Assist in other areas of the company and perform other duties as assigned

•

Conduct all work activities in compliance with Federal and State coal mining laws and Company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

•

Must have valid driver license.

•

High School Diploma or GED.

•

Lift 75-100 pounds.

•

Ability to pass background check, drug screen and fit to work assessment.

•

Basic math skills, ability to read and understand tape measurements, effective communication.

•

Works safely all the time.

•

Ability to work holidays and weekends as required.

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience
