Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Electrical Planner at our Turquoise Ridge operations. The successful candidate will develop and utilize SJPs (Standard Job Plans) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards.

Responsibilities•Develop and utilize SJPs (Standard Job Plans) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards.
•Continually review, seek feedback, and optimize resources, parts, tooling, task list, safety information, risk assessment and staging approach related to SJPs.
•Review and validate current Standard Job Procedures (SJPs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, completeness, and alignment with SAP updates.
•Analyze break-in work orders to find opportunities to create preventative SJP’s or improve existing SJP’s.
•Perform weekly maintenance work schedules and job plans.
•Build job plans and tentative schedules for future work weeks beyond the next week’s schedule period (+3 weeks ahead schedule).
•Compile system data for building KPI reports and presentations.
•Utilize the SAP system to efficiently prepare maintenance schedules, order necessary goods and services for planned work, develop and store job plans, maintain work orders, and perform other essential tasks to establish and uphold an effective planned-and-scheduled maintenance management process.
•Review and approve invoices for payment.
•Liaise with supply chain to maintain appropriate stock parts and contractor services.
•Communicate with maintenance supervisors to plan, estimate, and identify the proper labor, services, and skills required to develop the SJP’s.
•Assist management with developing and maintaining the necessary skills and disciplines within the Planning Department to sustain a planned-and-scheduled maintenance planning focus.
•Assist and lead with the planning, cost, and coordination of projects.
•Maintaining and controlling electrical department’s budget
•Perform zero-base budget using Xeras software.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•Associate degree, technical diploma or relevant experience in electrical field, preferred.
•Previous experience using a computerized maintenance management system - (SAP), preferred.
•Previous experience using a zero-based budget software - Xeras (or similar Zero-based budgeting tool), preferred.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, required.
•Demonstrated ability/experience in maintaining pumping and piping equipment as well as electrical, instrumentation and communication equipment, preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and drawings, preferred.
•Familiarity with RCM techniques, preferred.
•Time management and prioritization skills for a planned-and-scheduled environment, required.
•Effective communications skills for conveying written technical instructions, required.
•Excellent safety and attendance record, required.
