Tubing Inspectors

Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection company seeking applicants for Tubing Inspectors and Crew Members.

These positions are based out of Odessa, TX. Company Housing available

Pay will be negotiated at the time of hire and is based on experience. Commission is available if requirements are met. If commission is awarded, it will be after a minimum of 60 days of employment and all requirements are met.

Must be willing to travel.

Willing to train the right candidates. Candidate attributes: hard worker, hustler, dedicated, team player, self sufficient, willing to learn, goals to eventually run own crews.

MUST have resourcefulness with a 'GET THE JOB DONE MENTALITY'

Communication, Teamwork, Punctuality, Reliability, and Working Well with Others.

DS1 and field inspection drawing knowledge is REQUIRED.

Must be able to lead, manage, and work in large group (10+ people).

A valid drivers license with a clean 3-year history is manadatory.

Reliable Transportation is mandatory.

Position is labor intensive and requires extensive, repetitive lifting in excess of 50 lbs.

Position available immediately upon hire. Competitive wages and benefits. Benefits include health care after 60 days of employment. We cover 100% of the employee premium. 401K with matching after 1 year of employment.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and will be subject to random testing.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
