Truck Driver - Class 1

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial driving experience and a passion for operating heavy equipment.

Duties:

- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials

- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the truck

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members - Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and inspection reports Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)

- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role

- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance - Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
