Traveling Superintendents play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of NNI construction projects while maintaining and promoting the company mission.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Project schedule as set-forth by NNI and the Project Manager + Specifications provided by the Project Manager and Director of Construction + Compliance with construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements + Implement and enforce quality control measures + Foster a positive and safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures + Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits + Identify and mitigate potential hazards + Monitor and address safety concerns + Maintain regular and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers + Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation + Identify and address construction related challenges and obstacles proactively + Collaborate with project team to develop innovative solutions and strategies to overcome difficulties and maintain project progress + Coordination of all sub-contractors to ensure a smooth and evenly paced project + Reports, progress photos, videos
