SUMMARY: OKLAHOMA RESIDENT willing to travel and perform and/ or assist in departmental welding and/or fitting activities as directed by FIELD SERVICES MANAGER.
1. MUST RESIDE IN OKLAHOMA and be able and willing to travel state to state. Must show proof of a valid drivers license.
3. Under supervision, assist in the planned daily activities.
4. Participate in pre and post planned readiness of parts and tools, for planned fit up and welding activities.
5. Complete understanding of departmental operating procedures as well as job task procedures.
6. Complete understanding of ASME code requirements on all vessel related jobs.
7. If applicable job scope to encompass welding in the following process if directed by departmental foreman (FCAW,GMAW, GTAW). Candidate must pass a 3G and 6G welding test.
8. Complete understanding in the interpretation of blueprint reading.
9. Perform hydrostatic testing of boiler systems and field installed piping IAW codes that apply.
10. Makes repairs to boiler and associated systems as required or directed by Service manager.
11. Responsible for quality and continuous improvement within job scope.
12. Responsible for all actions/responsibilities as required by the departmental foreman and maintaining all safety protocol for an industrial setting.
Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned by the Field Services Manager.
1. MUST RESIDE IN OKLAHOMA and have the ability to regularly travel from state to state.
2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
3. some experience in field services/boiler installation related functions.
5. Ability to use numerous hand tools (POWERED AND MANUAL)
6. Certified according to ASME code in the following welding process (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW).
