About Red Chris

Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. Play a vital role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of workers and staff to and from our Red Chris site. Your coordination will help keep operations running smoothly, even under challenging conditions.

Work remotely with a dynamic and responsive travel operations team. Expect fast-paced coordination with multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders—all while supporting a major mining site's day-to-day travel needs.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$79,200 - $98,940/year with an additional 10% short term incentive target . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
