Your mission

In collaboration with the Logistics Manager and head office, you’ll be the key player in daily operations

A typical day as a transport operations manager:

- Daily planning of deliveries;

- Inventory, invoicing and procurement management;

- Maintenance of the fleet of vehicles and facilities;

- Monitoring of performance indicators and costs;

- Customer service (in person, by phone and by email);

- Enforcement of applicable laws, standards and procedures;

- Continuous improvement of working methods;

- Coaching and development of office employees;

- Integration, training and evaluation of team members;

- Management of schedules, vacations and replacements;

- Healthy, respectful and motivating work environment.
