As a Transload Operator, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials that keep roads safe and industries moving. You will be responsible for:
- Operating heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, railcar movers, and aerial work platforms (AWP)
- Managing rail operations such as rail switches, spur lines, and transload conveyance systems
- Performing yard and facility housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial setting operating heavy equipment or rail equipment
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist across operations
- Strong commitment to safety and SOP compliance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from site
