As a Training and Outreach lead, you will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of training and outreach programs within AOMS for site administration across multiple business segments. You will ensure that all training activities are aligned with company procedures, and that they address our organizational needs. You will need to be an experienced leader with an understanding of training methodologies and the ability to guide, support, and assess team members with varying levels of experience.
You will report to the Director of AOMS Transformation and be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. You will be expected on site 2-3 days per week.
