Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of construction operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
•
Operate heavy machinery including loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks, backhoes, and water trucks on construction sites.
•
Assist in oilfield operations as needed.
•
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
•
Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
•
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
•
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Skills
•
Proven experience in operating heavy machinery such as loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks, trackhoes, backhoes, and water trucks.
•
Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques and tanker operations is a plus.
•
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations.
•
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
