The Town is seeking an enthusiastic individual to perform the duties of a permanent, full-time, utilities
operator within the public works department. Reporting to the Utilities Lead Hand, this position will be
responsible for the troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing the Town water distribution, wastewater
treatment and wastewater collection systems, as well as recording, collecting, sampling and testing all
activities associated with water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment. As a condition of
employment, the individual is expected to work year-round in a variety of weather conditions, and willing to
Qualifications for the position include: grade 12 education or equivalent, and physically aptitude and able to
lift up to 50 pounds. A valid Saskatchewan class 5 driver’s license is required with airbrake endorsement.

pension and the position may be eligible for relocation assistance. The 2025 approved hourly wage range for
this position is $26.27 to $37.54 and is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
