Job Title: Tower Technician 1

Location: Based in St. Louis, MO, with travel throughout the Midwest.

Terms: Full-time

Hourly Range: $18-22/hour, depending on experience. R&S provides

lodging and daily per diem during travel.

R&S Towers, Inc. specializes in the construction and maintenance of wireless infrastructure and currently works in Missouri and neighboring states. This position requires frequent travel and working in various weather conditions for irregular hours. About the role: You will be climbing and working on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, repairing, and troubleshooting wireless infrastructure. You will travel extensively throughout the Midwest, most often leaving Monday and returning Friday. You will perform work in all types of weather both individually and as a team member, while diligently following safety procedures.

Responsibilities: Be comfortable climbing and working at heights.

Have knowledge of basic hand tools and be able to use them.

Be motivated to learn.

Have the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Learn and follow safety protocols.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

0-1 years of telecom experience.

Valid driver’s license.

Completion of various safety trainings

Pass an initial physical and drug screen/random future screens.

Ability to travel regularly and occasionally work weekends.

Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

Follow directions well and learn quickly.

Be versatile, flexible, and willing to work in changing conditions

and situations with enthusiasm.
