Job Title: Tower Construction Tower Hand I, II, III, and Field Technicians

Location: St. Louis, MO

We're looking for a dedicated and adventurous Tower construction Tower Hands and Field Techs to join our nationally recognized Construction Team in the St. Louis, MO area. If working at heights up to 300 feet excites you, and you've got technical hands-on construction experience this opportunity is for you! We will train the right person.

As a Construction Tower Hand, you'll play an essential role in building, modifying and maintaining communication towers that keep communities connected. Whether it's constructing, deconstructing or modifying cell towers or troubleshooting technical challenges, you'll be part of a team that values safety, precision and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

•

Assemble, install, and maintain communication towers, antennas, and equipment with

care and expertise.

•

Ensure rigging and lift safety for all tower-side operations.

•

Assist with modifications and maintenance to guarantee top-notch functionality.

•

Collaborate closely with crew lead and Top Hands to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

•

Support to senior technicians as needed.

•

Adhere to ETS and OSHA safety standards—fall protection and PPE are your constant

companions.

What We’re Looking For:

•

A high school diploma or equivalent.

•

1-3 years of experience as a Tower Hand in wireless construction. a plus

•

Comfort working at heights up to 300 feet.

•

Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools.

•

A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

•

Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.

Additional Requirements:

•

Must be available to work 40 plus hours per week plus, OT required

•

Must have a current valid driver’s license (and meeting insurance eligibility requirements).

•

Ability to travel with overnight stays Mon-Fri.(some weekend work may be required)

•

Must be able to passing a drug screen and background check, NO FELONIES
