Field Construction Technician

Job: SK Geotechnical is a leading geotechnical engineering and materials testing company in Montana and is currently seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team as an engineering technician. As described below, the successful candidate must be capable of performing a wide variety of field and laboratory materials testing, inspection, and reporting. For those applicants with little experience, SK Geotechnical has a detail-oriented training program matching the needs of the new technician.

Description: Effectively perform all engineering technician duties and responsibilities as described below. Perform field work on construction sites and laboratory tests in office, and prepare reports for clients. Must have a positive attitude, be honest with all aspects of work and communication, and be willing to occasionally travel.

Our goal is to provide the very best geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, construction inspection, and drilling services in the region. Overtime is common during the busy season. When out of town, company pays for individual motel room and meal allowance. Year round work - not laid off in winter.
