Halo Land Management is looking for a self-directed Title Examiner/Abstractor to join our team.

LAND AGENT - TITLE EXAMINER/ABSTRACTOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

•

Conduct comprehensive research of county records to establish surface and mineral ownership, while also verifying property title and leasehold ownership;

•

Analyze research to determine necessary information for management and client review;

•

Compile run sheets and/or abstracts, mineral ownership reports, flowcharts, and additional files to convey research findings;

•

Perform HBP title examination;

•

Track expirations;

•

Meet strict deadlines and balance multiple project priorities;

LAND AGENT - TITLE EXAMINER/ABSTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS:

•

A minimum of one year experience in Pennsylvania mineral title examination;

•

Excellent communication skills in order to convey research information to management;

•

Ability to prioritize and organize work, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in order to satisfy project deadlines;

•

High level of competency with Excel

•

Industry knowledge and familiarity with oil and gas contract law;

•

Must pass criminal history background check (federal and state)

•

Must operate until an LLC

•

AAPL membership
