TIG Welder/Fabricator

This is a full time position with room for growth with a well secured and developed Welding Company. This position is a long term, full time employment opportunity. We do shop work as well as field work when necessary. On occasion overtime is required, so the applicant must be able to work when asked. The ability to travel out of town for work when requested is a plus!

We perform background checks, drug testing and badging for schools, government facilities and military bases in which we work in. You must be able to pass a drug test, background and fingerprinting and have reliable transportation.

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

TIG/MIG/STICK Welding and Fabrication; Ability to read and understand blueprints and work from drawings, Basic Safety, Equipment Maintenance, Power Tools, Lifting, Analyzing Information, Dependability & Independence.

- Minimum 5 Years Experience for Welders in Commercial and/or Industrial Structural Welding

- Maintains safe work environment by following procedures; complying with legal regulations.

- Employee must have their own tools within (3) months of hire date.

- Must have valid drivers license.

- Welding Certification will be required after completion of Probationary Period.

- Competitive Pay, Based on Experience and Qualifications - Pay Based on Experience

- Must be able to pass a background check

Benefits include (7) paid Holidays per year after (90) days and (1) week Paid Vacation after Hire date Anniversary Up to 2 Weeks.

Work weeks are 40+ hours.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
