Tig and Mig Welder

What You’ll Be Doing

- Set up and operate MIG and TIG welders on 16 ga–3/8″ steel production runs

- Setup and Operate Robotic welders

- Setup and Operate Laser Welders

- Read and interpret simple fabrication drawings and weld symbols

- Maintain consistent, high-quality welds per AWS standards

- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ hands-on MIG and TIG welding (steel/aluminum) in a production environment

- Able to tack, stitch, and lay continuous beads on 14 ga material to spec

- strong demonstrable skill is a must

- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to thrive on a fast-paced shop floor

- Willing to prove your chops in a live weld test during interview

- This is NOT an entry level position. If you cannot weld 14ga Steel Inside and Outside corners, please do not apply.

- If you have the right aptitude to learn robots we will train you. If you have robot experience this is a plus

- Pay is based on experience and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
