Requirements: experience in a Warehouse environment preferred, proficient knowledge of electrical systems
Hours: Entails 25% travel. Overtime anticipated during travel.
Supervisor: Testing Equipment Director, Warehouse Supervisor
Pay Range: $20/hour, overtime pay at 1.5x
Job Description: Essential duties include the following:
•
Inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing issues with emissions testing equipment after returning from a job
•
Pull equipment from checklists provided to be loaded into mobile lab trailer
•
Check gas pressure on gas cylinders
•
Keep track of warehouse supplies by taking inventory
•
When traveling: travel to and from the job site, including driving responsibilities under DOT; properly conduct on-site test of stationary stacks using different analysis and testing methods; learn system for testing and follow directions of Supervisors
Required Skills/Abilities:
•
Communication: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and team members.
•
Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to adapt and problem solve in new situations.
•
Technology: Excel, Word, Trello, proficient knowledge of electrical systems
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Certificates and Licenses: Air Hygiene will help obtain any necessary certificates and licenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
