Terminal Operators

- Monitor and coordinate the safe offloading of tanker trucks (18-wheelers) into storage facilities.

- Operate computerized control systems to manage pumps, flow, pressure, and levels.

- Accurately record data, complete reports, and maintain electronic logs.

- Provide on-site support to drivers who may need assistance operating offloading equipment.

- Perform routine facility checks and light maintenance to support safe, reliable operations.

- Communicate with truck drivers and team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain compliance with all company and client safety standards.

- Work assigned shift schedule (nights, weekends, and some weekday coverage).

- Experience in oil & gas, midstream/terminal operations, lease operating, or related field preferred.

- Strong computer skills required; must be comfortable with data entry and reporting systems.

- Mechanical aptitude with ability to understand pumping systems, valves, and flow controls.

- Ability to work both independently in a control room and hands-on in the field.

- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and rotating schedules.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.

Crosby Energy Services is hiring full-time Terminal Operators to support operations in Wellsville, OH. In this role, you will primarily monitor tanker truck offloading from a control room, ensuring product is safely transferred into storage facilities. While most of the work is computer- and monitoring-based, operators also perform field support as needed—assisting drivers with equipment, handling minor troubleshooting, and maintaining safe facility operations.

This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance office-based monitoring with hands-on fieldwork.
