Kiva United Energy is a leading propane wholesaler in the US market. Our terminal operators are key members of the supply chain unloading railcars into storage or directly to transport trailers
Our Terminal Operator is responsible for the safe and timely transfer of propane to and from our storage tanks in Washougal Washington. This position requires dedicated attention to safety, customer service and effective time management. The position requires an independent, courteous, efficient and dedicated employee.
You will oversee the terminal inventory, complete daily/month end inventory reports; unload propane rail cars; monitor loading of trucks; responsible for maintenance and repairs in the terminal while operating a clean safe working environment.

What you’ll do:
- Surveil and secure to ensure safety on the premises
- Take daily temperature, pressure and liquid level readings of the storage tanks and record
- Complete daily, as well as month end inventory reports using MS Office environment.
- Spot and unload propane rail cars
- Oversee and train the loading of LPG trucks and be able to unload LPG trucks
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed including nights and weekends
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Terminal Manager
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of LPG industrial job experience preferred
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong mechanical background
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Ability to move objects that weigh 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage including MS Office Suite
