Technician/Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are organized and efficient.

Duties

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.

- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Experience

- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Familiarity with safety practices related to construction or labor work is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
