Technician - Building Ground & Maintenance

Maintain the grounds, structures, and equipment of Boralex in a safe, professional looking manner.

Basic building maintenance, including painting, electrical, plumbing, cleaning. Grounds maintenance, including mowing, snow removal, landscaping. Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisors.

- Clean driving record

- Able to operate mowers, trucks with plows, dump trucks, loaders, forklifts, other equipment as required

- Basic Electrical (replace lights, receptacles, circuit breakers, etc…)

- Basic Plumbing (replace fixtures, solder pipe, etc..)

- Able to prioritize tasks

- Able to work autonomously

- Attention to detail

- Meet the standards of the pre-employment physical and be able to maintain that standard.
